Darejan Tvaltvadze

Darejan Tvaltvadze is Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Institute of the Georgian Language of the Faculty of Humanities at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She researches old Georgian manuscripts, old Georgian translations of the Middle Ages, issues of the text and language of the Georgian translation of the New Testament, old Georgian and the history of the Georgian literary language. Darejan Tvaltvadze is an author of about 80 scientific works and a publisher of more than 10 old Georgian texts.
