Mzisa Buskivadze
Mzisa Buskivadze was born on December 5, 1980. She graduated from N 1 public school of Terjola city. In 1999 she was enrolled at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, faculty of Oriental Studies, department of Turkish Language and Literature. After graduating with honors she continued her study in Izmir, in the Department of the Turkish Language and Literature at Izmir 9 September University. Since 2007 she has worked at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since 2020 she has served as an assistant professor at the Department of Turkish Studies. She is actively engaged in both, pedagogical and scholarly activities. Her research interests are the history and folklore of Turkish literature. She has spoken at numerous local and international conferences and symposiums. She winner of the grant competition of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.
