Tea Karchava; Tea Tsitlanadze
Tea Karchava , Tea TsitlanadzeTea Karchava holds an academic degree of history since 2002 and is an associate professor of medieval studies at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Her academic interests and research areas include the relationship between religion and politics during the renaissance and reformation, social transformation, as well as east-west relations (with the emphasis on diplomacy, travel and trade communication). She has authored more than 40 scholarly papers.
Tea Tsitlanadze is an associate professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University since 2012. In 2003 she defended PhD dissertation entitled “Abbot Suger - a great statesman and a chronicler of France of the 12th century”. She has authored several monographs, textbooks and more than 40 scholarly papers. Her research interests include the issues of the Georgian-European relationships and Georgia in the Crusades’ and western European sources.
